What is the Gift Wrapping Service?
The Gift Wrapping Service is an optional paid service that allows your purchases to be professionally wrapped in an elegant presentation, ready for gifting.
Is the Gift Wrapping Service available on the website and at all Jarir Bookstore branches?
Yes. The Gift Wrapping Service is available at all Jarir Bookstore showrooms in Saudi Arabia, except airport branches. It is also available for online orders and can be added during checkout before the payment page.
Can all products be gift wrapped?
Most products can be gift wrapped. However, some oversized items, such as televisions, are excluded. If the gift wrapping option does not appear when purchasing online, it means the service is not available for that product.
Are gift cards included with the wrapping service?
Yes. The service includes a complimentary gift card. For in-store purchases, a handwritten message can be added upon request. For online orders, a blank gift card will be included. Printed messages on gift cards are not currently available.
If I order multiple items online, can each item be wrapped separately?
No. Individual gift wrapping for multiple items within the same order is not available. The entire order will be wrapped as a single package and shipped together.
Can I get a refund for the gift wrapping fee?
No. The gift wrapping fee is non-refundable once the service has been completed.
